Emily Waterbury serves as a consultant on EARN's Wealthcare Project, helping coordinate and manage our financial coaching initiatives. Previously, as Asset Services Manager and then Director at EARN, Emily oversaw the provision of EARN's Individual Development Account (or matched savings) and financial education programs. She also supervised the design, development and implementation of one of the nation's premier financial planning and coaching programs low-income workers. 

Prior to joining EARN, Emily worked in microenterprise development, overseeing client recruitment and coordinating a Spanish-language micro-enterprise training program for Women's Initiative for Self Employment and the Small Business Administration, respectively. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and International Studies from Northwestern University and is currently pursuing a Master's of Science in Financial Planning.
